I listened to this as I worked, funnily enough it wasn't too distracting that I couldn't concentrate on what I was doing, although that says something about the plot if it doesn't make you stop and give it all of your attention. I enjoyed the secondary characters more than I did the heroine and hero. Hell, even the secondary love story between Wade and Faith felt more compelling than Tory and Cade's (also, what's with the rhyming names of the heros? lol). Sometimes NR gets bitchy and strong mixed up and I just can't stand those types of heroines. Funnily enough I thought Faith deserved more of my attention and I found her less bitchy and self-centered than Tory was. I think in this case it helped that I was listening to the dialogue instead of reading it and so I couldn't obsess over the things that irritated me the most.
Three stars because I enjoyed the narration, the secondary characters were interesting, and the plot wasn't too bad.
